Custom orders include alterations and made to measure products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund,your item must be unused,undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all barcode tags and label intact.

Once your return is received and inspected ,we will notify you that we have received your returned item either by email , text message or a phone call.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items, you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us.
We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
