Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item(s) must be unused and have all tags intact
  • The item(s) must be packed in their original condition
  • Please provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email
  • You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or an incorrect item.


Please Note : All purchased products will be refundable on return but we are not in the capacity to refund the postage charges due to the third party i.e:, Shipping Company involved in it.

Customized And Made To Order

Custom orders include alterations and made to measure products cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund,your item must be unused,undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all barcode tags and label intact.

The timeline for the exchange process varies from 5 to 7 business days.

PLEASE NOTE THAT HANDLING CHARGES WILL APPLY ON RETURNED AND EXCHANGED ITEMS AND THAT WILL BE A CHARGE OF £5 PER ORDER.

Please note refunds cannot be offered in our UK stores for orders taken on the website. Returns can only be carried out if you return your order to Customer Services at the below returns address. If you have any issues with returning your items please send us message at customerservice@motif.uk.com  quoting your order number, name, items you wish to return, and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected ,we will notify you that we have received your returned item either by email , text message or a phone call.

Return Delivery Charges

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items, you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us.

We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, then please ensure to first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially credited. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, then feel free to contact us at  customerservice@motif.uk.com.
